Some Recent Events

1) In February, I'm scheduled to participate in Poets of the Unreeled: CINEpoetry and Performance Extravaganza, produced by shadoWord productions and curated by Walter K. Lew. Walter and I, together with several other artists, recently launched shadoWord productions as a vehicle to facilitate cinematic poetics and movie telling events such as this one. As part of my contribution, I designed the following flyer (which lists the details of the event):

2) (January) Following my collaboration with David Lehman, poet and series editor of The Best American Poetry anthology series, I was commissioned to produce a broadside for the winner of this year's Best American Poetry Poem Contest.

3) On 1.13.08 Joe Eliot and I were billed together as part of the Zinc Bar Poetry Series, curated by Douglas Rothschild. I read excerpts from AUTOGRAPHOGRAPHY, including Masticatorial, Cinematriculate, & Flannel Mouth Mechanics.

4) From 1.11.08 until 1.27.08, a recent print of mine will continue to be exhibited as part of the show, Multiples and Editions, Vol. 2, curated by Ethan Crenson and held at the Front Room Gallery in Williamsburg, NY. I contributed an advertisement (an edition of 100) for a web event I facilitated at www.newnewnewnew.com. The placard information is as follows:
